​Ordering: All orders are completed with PayPal. Please give us one business day to process your purchase before we ship your order. If for some reason an item that you purchased is no longer suitable for purchase, we will either send a similar piece or a refund. All sales are final once the item has reached its destination.

 

Cancellation: 20% restocking fee on canceled orders.

Adding Onto Existing Order: If you'd like to add to an existing order, simply choose the "Already Placed an Order" option under the shipping tab. This will waive the shipping fee.

 

DOA Policy: If there are any DOAs with your order, you must contact us within 2 hours of the box's arrival and provide pictures of the DOA. Our DOA policy does not apply if the package is delayed for any reason by the shipping carrier.
