The photos are of the WYSIWYG coral on a standard 3/4" frag plug.

The Pink Zippers Zoanthids are a top-tier collector's strain, famous for their intricate "zipper" pattern along the skirt. Each polyp features a deep violet plate speckled with silvery-pink dust, radiating out toward a high-contrast white ring and a vibrant green eye. The defining feature is the alternating dark and light bands on the tentacles, which give the colony its mechanical, "zipped" aesthetic.

These Zoas are exceptionally hardy and grow in tight, organized mats, making them perfect for mid-level placement in your reef. They transition beautifully under different lighting spectrums, but they truly shine under heavy blues where the pink specks and neon eyes become fluorescent.

As a WYSIWYG listing, you are purchasing the exact stabilized polyps shown in the photos, ready to bring high-end detail and texture to your Zoa collection.

Lighting: Best maintained under low to moderate light conditions with a strong blue spectrum.Currently kept under Kessil A360X units. Mounting height 24" above water line. 12:00PM - 10:00PM at 100% blue intensity.

Water Flow: Prefers moderate, gentle flow to keep the polyps clean and free of detritus.

Feeding: While they can survive on light alone, targeted feeding of small coral pellets or powder will promote faster growth and health.

Placement: Provide adequate space from other corals for them to grow, and also that as they tend to get stung easily.

Note: Zoanthus coral but should always be handled with care. We advise wearing gloves and eye protection when working with any Zoanthid or Palythoa species.
