What is your DOA Policy? We pride ourselves on the health and quality of our live corals and offer Live Arrival Guarantee on all of our livestock. In the rare case of a DOA, simply provide us a clear photo of the coral within 2 hours of delivery. If the coral cannot be saved, you will be given credit equal to the amount of livestock lost. Shipping costs will not be credited. We do not offer cash refunds. UPS delays due to weather, mechanical failure, or incorrect addresses may not be covered in our guarantee. Things that will void your DOA Policy: Removing the coral off of its original plug. Discarding the coral. Refusing the shipment for any reason. If the coral you received is not yet a DOA but looks stressed/ not in good health, please still send us a photo of it.
