Sucker Punch Plesiastrea, WYSIWYG Live Coral
The photo is of the WYSIWYG coral on a standard 3/4" Alternative Reef frag plug.
A very rare and gorgeous coral species, JF Sucker Punch Plesiastrea is similar in care to Leptastreas but with slightly differnt polyp shapes. The bright orange polyps on JF Sucker Punch Plesiastrea are rather large compared to other encrusting LPS corals. Underneath the bright orange polyps is a stunning deep purple base, giving this corals a gorgeous contrast.

Care Level
Best tried after you've had success with a few other easier corals first and have an understanding of basic reef chemistry such as keeping salinity, alkalinity, calicium, and magnesium levels consistent. The coral itself is very easy to care for if you test for your parameters often and have created a consistent maintanence routine for your reef!
