One of the old school classic corals that is still sought after. Named after the original Mummy Eye Chalice, but has a beautiful yellow-orange tone that is present throughout the body. As it matures, some reefers experience purple streaks and splashing throughout (as shown on our mother colony). If you're looking for chalice that's not too difficult to keep but packs a punch, we recommend you give CB 3G Mummy Eye Chalice a shot.
Start this coral off in lower light for a few weeks, allowing it to adjust to your reef. Once comfortable, you can move it around. For success, give it a weekly feeding of coral food (we use Benepets).
Note: Frags cut will not have the purple splashes shown in the mother colony. Frags with purple will be very scarce, and will most likely be only available as WYSIWYG from time to time.
